Definitely put into a complaint to Moonpig. I consider what you've had delivered is quite unacceptable. The balloon looks like it was inflated about a week ago or, perhaps, it hadn't been correctly sealed in the first place. The flowers, well I'm certainly no expert on flowers, but they look absolutely nothing like the sample bouquet.

My daughter and her fiancé sent us some flowers and a card as a thank you. The flowers were wilted and dying, heads had dropped off some of the flowers and so had leaves. I sent Moonpig a complaint including a picture of the wilted flowers and didn’t even get an acknowledgement.

I ordered flowers for my mum's birthday along with a personalized card in plenty of time before the day. The flowers came flat packed in a Moonpig box at 19.20 on her birthday by yodel, her day was mostly gone by then, no sign of her card, I thought it's probably under the flowers so as not to be lost, nothing.
