Mozy has done the same thing to me. I have called my bank/cc company. Mozy has left the charge in pending and I cannot process a complaint until it goes through. The FBI needs to be contacted bout this company. A couplle of $108 charges is not much, but the sheer volume of charges on old customers cards will put them in jail.

I am unable to log in, the passwords get reset and do not work. I send messages to the support group for mozy home for the last 3 months and receive no responses. I have called the Seattle home office and told that i cannot speak to anyone as there are no people who work for Mozy home.

Aug 03, 2007 · I have the latest version of Mozy installed on my WinXP laptop and I have 140GB backed up (took several weeks). The only complaint I have is that they limit your upload speed to 1Mb/s. I just tried a couple of restores via Windows Explorer (Mozy integrated) and it worked flawlessly.
