Nov 16, 2013 · Till today MSEB not disconnect the line for the Meter & they send bill of Rs.635.00 for NOV.2013. This flat is Vacant from more than one year. Earlier Owner send several complaints for bills & disconnection of line but MSEB not take any action. The earlier owner pay more than Rs.4000/- with out consumption of Electricity.

Mr Bhatane from MSEB office visited my place and said the meter is faulty and needs to be replaced. PFA his his comments written on my bill.
