Jul 13, 2017 · Instead of trying to retain me as a customer, they just gave me the run around and put me on hold. Long story short, Sling TV works just as good with a good cable connection and it is much cheaper. A le carte for as little as $25. I love the quality of the Direct TV signal but after 15 years of excuses, all I have to say is bye Direct TV.
