Europcar have taken £58.05 from my credit card without authorisation for reasons or purposes unknown. I rented a car via Holiday Autos on line for a short break 11/9/2011 to 15/09/2011 they subcontracted us to Europcar at Cork Airport, Ireland. EuropCar at Dublin airport are refusing to return deposits for rentals that are denied on the grounds that you do not have an international license, which is not a legal requirement.
