I was told that Music123 will change their false representation of "Chrome" to reflect "Satin" but it lost a long-time customer. I know that Chrome tuner's are the biggest selling of all. Every guitar you buy pretty much has them, so I find it hard to believe that they don't have Chrome as we know it at Music123.

Music123.com doesn't have an online help desk for customer service, but you can call them on the phone. You can only get help from Music123.com one way that we know of and that is by phone. And again, if you didn't realize it was an option and you'd rather have a dialog with somebody, you can actually phone them.

Mar 06, 2009 · If anybody knows the relationship between WWBW and Music 123 please explain. Somebody on this board said they are sister companies. When I asked a sales person at Music 123 about WWBW, she acted like she did not know who I was talking about. But once when I did a search on the Music 123 web site, it returned a result at WWBW. Plus their sites look pretty darn similar.
