    Jun 16, 2011 · Having to spend time correcting the MVA's mistakes once was bad enough - I have now had to do this 3 times and the MVA has still not managed to correctly resolve this problem. I have sent multiple emails to John Kuo, the Maryland MVA Administrator, but have still gotten no resolution. I have emailed the Governor of Maryland.
