The first time I ordered with in store pick-up and once I got to the store, stood in line, and got to the counter the customer service rep told me my order was cancelled. THis was after getting an email saying my order was ready. So I ordered the boots online to have shipped to my home, only to wait about 4 days to see my order has been cancelled.
