Long story short, NAB stole my money and then refused to communicate with me as I was not a NAB customer. It did not matter to them that I had a photo of the transaction, that it occurred at a NAB branch under their video and staff security. I emailed complaints and attached evidence for their fraud team and requested a call back or contact.
