NAB has fallen apart. I have been with this bank for two decades now and past 12 months they have been horrible. They cannot even sort out a $43 credit card issue.as a card owner I I'm entitled to credit card insurance and for a purchase to be credited as I never received the product. it's quite a simple issue and common one at that with Internet purchasing now.
