Aug 25, 2008 · I have tried speaking with a rep when the auto service calls by pressing #1, but they just hang up on me when I say "I have no car". I did get the company name from one of the reps today when I was called, this was I told her I have no car and she hung up. The name of the company she gave was "National Dealer Services".
