I was granted a HAMP(home modification loan) for my primary mortgage owned by Bank of America, who also held my 2nd mortgage. Bank of America transferred my 2nd mortgage to Nationstar Mortgage, who will not modify the 2nd mortgage.

Sep 12, 2017 · We had a severe hailstorm on June 12, 2017. My home mortgage is serviced by Nationstar Mortgage, now Mr. Cooper Mortgage. The damages to my home exceeded $47K and the insurance check was sent to Nationstar for their signature. It is now the middle of September 2017 and Nationstar has not released any funds tward the repairs.

Nationstar Mortgage sent me an email stating Citi transferred my mortgage to them. Called them and Lanita answered, in a clam manner she state that Citi Bank transferred it to them as of April 1st and gave me the balance, my address and said there was no more info for the moment.

Complaint / review text: I have been trying to restructure my mortgage with Nationstar Mtg since 2/11/11. First they needed more information, I submitted it, even though it had already been submitted. Then I was denied because they stated I didn't live at the property, I had to provide documentation that the town renumbered my street.

Tried to find where to send this complaint below to Nationstar, but it seems the REAL people in charge cannot be contacted. I have given up on Nationstar's word to do anything at all. Have already sent in a complaint to the BBB, and plan to send one to the Consumer Protection at the U.S. Attorney General, as well as to contact a lawyer very soon.
