May 02, 2008 · Navman could not be contacted on phone and refused to answer emails. I went to the tandy web page and complained. The next morning they called me, or in fact, Dick Smiths called me, to tell me to go to the findon store and there is a top of the line Garmin waiting for me to replace. Navman are rude, no service, the product does not work.

The Navman MY600 has had problems ever since I bought it and thought it was just a clumsy software. I have observed a sales rep who has one and his operates properly. This is an update to my review of Teletrac.After posting on Pissed customer and the BBB, of my numerous complaints. Teletrac did completely refund all money I spent on their product. We have had an awful experience overall with Teletrac Navman. The reporting does not work, we can’t get our rep to train us, the system does not allow for easy use and tracking as promised and the hardware is outdated and has to be installed in each vehicle and is not easy to move to another vehicle if you need to due to a sale or breakdown.
