Apr 23, 2010 · The true test is the builders experience in building homes in your target sq. ft. range. Most of NDI homes are offered at under 3200 sq. ft. and as low as 1800 sq. ft. They only have a couple of homes at or over 3800 sq. ft. Therefore most of the homes that NDI builds are under 3200 sq. ft. which I believe the do well.

Apr 23, 2014 · I don't have experience with building the NDI homes, but I've toured several to purchase (resales) and I have loved them. They are every bit as nice as the other homes for sale. Maybe the other posters are looking at much more expensive homes? They compare very nicely with the under 1 million dollar range. I like their floorplans a lot too.
