After all the bank details submission, I was led to a page which said if they don't give me confirmation email within 72 hours then call them or email them with the quote number they gave. Two weeks ago I bought a flight via Netflights.com to visit a relative in Asia who was seriously ill on ICU in Vietnam. The same day after that, I was notified that my relative had passed away from a sudden stroke. With the consternation I tried to contact Netlights.com customer support service to advice the flight to be either to be cancelled or rescheduled (still having 2 weeks to go).
