I purchased a monitor in early November 2019. It turned out to be defective so I RMA'd it. My replacement was also defective, so I returned it and an online Newegg rep said they would refund me store credit. Newegg ended up sending me another replacement as a mistake, and now I have to RMA the monitor a 4th time. This is a week before Christmas.

Incredibly disappointed. Newegg used to be a good company. I submitted a large order, and one of five motherboards was defective. I sent in an RMA which took Newegg a week to process. After a week had passed Newegg rejected the return stating I sent the wrong box. Unbelievable. I've shopped at Newegg since the early 2000's.
