Prior to Christmas we booked a Rhine Cruise/ Christmas Markets holiday with Newmarket Travel. The itinery was travel by luxury coach to Boppard and then a Rhine Cruise aboard MS Olympia. The cruise part of the holiday was excellent and we cannot fault it. The problems with this holiday was the coach journey, which was absolutely abysmal, the outward journey in total was approx 13 and a half hours.

Day trip to Lapland couldn’t have been more magical. Day trip to Lapland couldn’t have been better (well other than seeing the Northern Lights but Newmarket Travel have no control over them unfortunately) Staff were all very friendly and the little extra touches added to the enjoyment of the day.

Through Ramsay World Travel in Aberdeen we booked a holiday to Cape Town and the Garden Route leaving from Glasgow on the 21st May. Unfortunately Newmarket Holidays changed the dates and flights back in February but nobody thought to make sure we knew.

My wife and I booked a cruise to Iceland with Newmarket Holidays, through the Press and Journal Travel, a year in advance. The cruise is due to sail on 13th June 2018. We explained to the holiday advisors that we’d never been on a cruise before and were pretty ignorant of protocol.
