I was contacted by Dominick Cordone from NFM Lending, who stated that they had a purchase transaction that needed to be closed. They emailed me the documents, I printed them out using my own supplies, drove to the borrowers home and proceeded to perform the closing. As was agreed, I returned the documents in a timely fashion.

Complaint / review text: National Fidelity Mortgage, also known as NFM Lending should be avoided by all prospective mortgage clients. To begin with the fees they charge are way too high and the loan officers only get paid if they increase the already obnoxious "junk fees".
