2009 Nissan Maxima I like the car, you can unlock it with a push of a button on your door when your keys are around and do not need to turn on your car with the keys just sit down and push the brake and button on the right side next to the wheel, but you do still need the keys in the car.

We purchased a 2009 Nissan Maxima after driving the car home we noticed a popping sound that was coming from the front of the car. We had it checked by a mechanic and was told it was the front end. He replaced the struts, and a couple of the other parts. When we pick the car up it was making more noise the when we brought it in.2.2/10

We own a 2009 nissan maxima that was purchased new on september 25, 2009. When driving the vehicle with my wife in the passenger seat the air bag system turns of the airbag. My wife is 5'5" and 125lbs, well within normal adult size.

Nissan must recall vehicle model year 2009 (nissan maxima) to repair the tilt steering motor at their cost. The repair costs to the consumer is over $600. I believe it is a safety issue and could result in improper steering by the driver resulting in an accident/injury/death.
