Cons. Where to start. First, their onboarding/training is such a bad joke, it's not even funny. Having an account manager, who is swamped with work themselves, sit with you to try to give half-baked rudimentary instructions training on NSD specific ethic, guidelines, terms etc. is not onboarding.1/5(9)
