Even in their own opinion and attitudes, it is obvious that Nordstrom no longer goes the extra mile to accommodate a customer request, even when quality issues abound in a mid priced brand. Next time I buy any brand Nordstrom features, I will buy directly from the brand website to ensure my opinions and loyalty are not unappreciated or ignored.
