I received an invoice for $4.44 from the North Texas Tollway Authority for a legitimate use of their toll way from a trip I took in November 2016. This is all fine. The problem is that I received the invoice via USPS on January 4, 2017 which is the same day the invoice was due as was indicated on the document.
