North Texas Toll Authority (NTTA) is screwing us big time. We have called multiple times regarding this issue and have now been sent to collections regarding a toll fee that is not ours. NTTA is fabricating charges. By the time the charges arrive in the mail, they are several months old, and there is nothing one can do. It doesn't make any difference if you were even out of the area on the day of the charge. The fact that they have a blurry photo of what looks like your license plate, it could have been taken months or years ago.
