I agree, the charge is legitimate and I should pay but one bill for $36.63 that is not yet due and one for $65.63 is outrageous. I tried to pay NTTA but their claim is the charge cannot be "moved back to NTTA". This doesn't make sense to me because I have a zip cash bill due March 11.
