Nu-Century Inc is supposedly the expert in obtain GSA Schedule Proposal approval. The reject proves otherwise, that Nu-Century Inc is incompetent, and I am requesting a refund of $3,500.

The following is the response to NCI.in response to Nu-Century Inc, I reference the contract signed on November 18,2010 paragraph 2 clearly states a refund will be granted if Nu-Century Inc has not processed and submitted the application to GSA within 60-90 days from receipt of contract.
