Apr 04, 2012 · I reported the ops manager in my last email to the company as I think her phone call and the way she spoke to me was very unprofessional. I still haven't had a reply from head office regarding either email I sent, just three phone calls from the gym asking me for a statement so they could escalate it and the last "bullying" phone call.
