When I called them it was very difficult to communicate with the representative because the background noise was too loud I barely could understand that the refund would be back in to my account between 3-5 business days.

I DID make a phone call to Nuvalife on 2/12. I talked to a male representative and clearly asked for whatever I had supposedly agreed to, to be canceled for two reasons; 1) I had read many complaints customers had filed with the Revdex.com stating exactly what the company says I agreed to.

Given the number of similar complaints on many Customer forums, it seems to me that Surplus and Adventure are trading on the assumption that Customers will give up trying to get heir money back, money that they can the use as operating capital.
