Mar 21, 2013 · I purchased an '08 Honda Civic SI model new in 2009 w/ 56 miles on it when I left the dealership. With the flawless civic Si I purchased an extended warranty through National Warranty Corporation (NWC) that was good for 75k and/or 60 months, it was supposed to cover any type of mechanical damage including internal damage to the transmission.
