How disappointing and lazy are NZ couriers not even wanting to locate an item that they lost and keep referring me back to the retailer Z I am disgusted by their service and their lack if empathy for anything. I suggest not to order though anyone who has their delivery agreements with NZ couriers!

NZ Couriers: 90% of all items i have shipped within the past 12 months have either been lost, damaged or both. General response from NZC to these issues is "we simply are unsure of where your item/s are at present and we will get back to you" most of the time they do not and any complaint i have raised via email never gets responded to.

Every Courier company has its’ issues, but for us Aramex and NZ Couriers have the best logistics chains. At the time of writing, for us, NZPost are by far the most unreliable in regards to delivery targets, and Aramex the best.
