Phone them and ask for a new PAC code and explain that you know the regulations state the 48 hours to get the PAC code. And I would be tempted to ask for complaints department at same time and make a formal complaint - if nothing else it will give them the run around.

    With Ofcom announcing that all providers must now allow users to request a PAC code by sending "PAC" to 65075, it appears that Plusnet will now at last be able to support short code texting! Yay! I hear you cry. Just one drawback. They will only support short code texts in order to obtain a PAC or a STAC (Service Termination Authorisation Code).
