I take it you have a complaints procedure and book to record complaints in - Ofsted will obviously ask at your next inspection anyway. Sometimes it is easier to come clean and speak to Ofsted than let them hear about if through malicious (sp?) staff or parents.

As I could prove that I was innocent of the allergations made against me I was found "not guilty" by ofsted so the complaint wont appear on my online report. I had to put a report in my complaints record (but i've never had a visiting parent ask to look at my complaints record) and tell all my parents but I had lots of support from them all.

At the time of writing, Ofsted’s complaints procedure, although dated May 2018, remains unchanged in relation to the application of step 2 to schools deemed inadequate and the Court of Appeal’s ruling will no doubt serve to entrench the current approach further.
