Yesterday I had a ride with OLA cab in North India from Gwalior to Bharatpur (150 km). The fare was 1200 INR above the estimated fare, because the driver charged 40 km more than he drove. I informed OLA cab about the incorrect billing by email, but they didn’t even send me a notice of arrival.
