I selected the site offering Microsoft online chat support thinking that these people were representing Microsoft. No web site came up, just a chat window saying I was being connected to a technician. I really thought I was getting help from an actual MS tech even though later I noticed the IE tab for the chat window said omnitechsupport.

I used their services when I had several problems with my pc and I just wasted money on their useless advices, it seemed like they absolutely ignored my question.
