I, myself, have had at least 6 packages disappear thanks to OnTrac. Now I have my Amazon Prime shipments sent to my PO Box where those ### can't touch them. I know it's a real first world problem, but anyone having issues with Amazon Prime package deliveries where they guarantee same day or next day delivery by 8pm, but only to have the package falsely marked delivered or have a BS excuse why they could not deliver.

I recognize that mistakes happen, nevertheless I hope that Ontrac will be extra vigilant in making sure that packages delivered on-time to the correct address.
