A hopeless customer service. The service provided by OPODO when I try to communicate with Customer service has been appalling. On three occasions, when trying to get a refund for a flight booking, I have had to wait on the phone for more than 45 minutes before getting through to someone.

The charge was a bit more than the EUR 25.50 Ryanair wanted for the ticket, which I expected, and I'm glad there was a service available that allowed me to handle the transaction.

After my trip, based on option I bought from eDreams, I asked eDreams to refund the fee I paid to Delta (about 800 USD for 2 people) for the date change. EDreams reaction was very unattentive.
