Spoke to my surgeon a few weeks before and everything went fine. Every one at Manchester Optical Express was also really nice. Had the surgery and it's crazy just how much Optical express have improved my mood just because of Lasik iDesign, I hated wearing glasses and Optical Express have been brilliant. Visited August 2019. Optical Express refused to refund my travel and Hotel expenses but did agree to refund the surgery fee. My surgery was booked for 17th September, Optical Express finally processed the refund on 7th November and to date (16th December) i'm still waiting for the refund to reach my account.4.7/5
