Cons. Not great long term employer. Needs work in keeping senior associates with better raises, more perks, etc. It happens too often that someone off the street starts at a higher wage than an associate who's worked at Sam's for many years due to raising starting pay and not everyone else's, etc. Focus too much on customer satisfaction and don't stand enough behind their associates.3/5(26)
