Complaints to Optus fix the issue for a short while but then problem reoccurs. In the last few months my Broadband speed has been from .55 to no more than 1.5 and I constantly get messages on the screen with "Slow Network" I took my complain to Optus in regards to the slow speed and asked for a Credit from my account for the poor broadband service.49%(222)

Feb 22, 2015 · Can anyone tell me what the Optus complaints email address is? Their complain handling policy lists email as an option but doesn't include an address – it directs you to the website contact page which, as far as I can tell, doesn't list an email address or include any sort of form suitable for complaints.

Jan 14, 2019 · As we know from common complaints about the NBN, this isn't fast enough for busy homes. Optus used to speed limit home wireless broadband products in the same way, but since the last product update the handbrake has come off and you can now access download speeds up to 300Mbps.
