Mar 18, 2013 · I intend to forward a formal written copy to Orcon. My friend advised me to post this online to get a quicker response. The first part was meant to be sent last month, but I refrained from doing so because I thought I would let it slide. However, a new issue has cropped up, and I am force to join my previous complaints with the new issue.

I was using orcon for couple years when I was renting. Their broadband was fairly average in terms of the speed and stability whilst their price was always in the high range of the market. But the worst part about orcon was their customer service - I called them third of June to terminate the service by end of June and was told not a problem.

Feb 12, 2019 · just wanting peoples opinions on Orcon and whether their internet connections are reliable. I use to be an orcon customer about 10 years ago? and their support was shocking. This forced me off to Xtra at the time. Spark seems to be a tad too expensive for the giga plans and I'm just reevaluating my choices. Also wanting a lower ping/better routing to the states than Spark.
