Only one is the actual charge, however $79.50 ($38.00 preauthorization 3 (preauth) + $41.50 actual charge) is temporarily “tied up” because of the purchase on January 4 th.Since the Preauth is not a charge it may not be reflected on an online or ATM balance.

Read through the various notes as posted, as it gave me a starting point. The number that works was 1-866-523-5218 which took me to Yardworks. They mention that Ordertree.com has the same part and less expensive, they even gave the Ordertree part number. Ordered on Tuesday AM in the morning and receive it on Thursday.
