I’ve been on ortho tri cyclen Lo for over a decade. Minor complaints almost always fairly smooth sailing. They discontinued it in January and my hell began. Tried tri vy Libra and it was the worst month of my life. Switched to tri Lo Marzia. Lasted 5 months on this. The water retention was unbearable. My PMDD symptoms were out of control.

Sometimes it would come a little late and when it did come, it hurt. My gynecologist prescribed my Ortho. Tri-Cyclen and it helped immensely. I could get through a day of school with so many less problems than before. Then Ortho Tri-Cyclen Lo came out, which is a lower dosage of the hormones, and my doctor wanted me to try that.
