Awful. The few 4 and 5 star reviews are by the desperate people who foolishly purchased Overstock stock, and are now desperate to save this failing company. Just laughable. Overstock is overpriced vs Amazon, ebay, and other online retailers, and their nonexistent customer service is so subpar they can't even sniff Wayfair's feet.

The second delivery was the correct console table but it was cracked and needed to be delivered back to overstock. Trying to coordinate with UPS has been a pain as well.
