Poor Customer Service. Save yourself the trouble and don't use Pack Rat - TERRIBLE customer service. Called weeks ago to have our container delivered on our move in date - at first I was told they couldn't help for 2 weeks - good news, I was calling early because I read about the terrible reviews of trying to get your container delivered in a timely fashion.
