After reading all the posts about Parishuttle, I was quite nervous for how our experience last week would go.. Well, I'm pleased to say it was a great, hassle free experience! As instructed, I called their toll-free number after we landed at CDG but before we got our bags, to let them know we arrived. I was advised to get our bags and meet the driver right outside baggage claim (Door 8).

This trip - the usual trip I book for a disabled friend - private hire from Paris CDG into central Paris - the driver was very late (not his fault; it was due to heavy traffic during the transport strike), and, to find out what was happening, my friend (the passenger) called the contact number given on the voucher.
