The fairytales there representative in Belfast tells is shocking . It has no reflection on the actual contract . After numerous complaints directly to Paymentsense they revealed they hadn’t spoken to the rep . So this allows him to continue telling lies. That says a lot about Paymentsense.

I am writing this review NOT for Paymentsense but for Ann the customer service agent who took over this laughable case that the previous two customer service agents could not get moving towards a conclusion. You might imagine that the task was a major one but it was a simple change of bank account details - yes a simple change of bank account.
