We were not going to push the settlement back because of this unfair charge. We reject this vendors answer because we feel that Pest Now, who changed their name from Superior, does not operate in good faith and has poor and unethical business practices.

Needless to say they won't do anything. And I told Melvin Rucker today that Terminix does not look out for the customer and that the tech knew what he was doing by not spraying and letting our warranty run out. $1,500 down the drain and we are canceling our pest control even though its working Terminix will not get anymore of our money.
