Cons. This company is a sinking ship. There has been multiple rounds of layoffs and clients are still leaving by the boatload. All business will get complaints. How those businesses take care of those complaints is what separates good businesses from the rest.

Pictage was real bad with turnaround (and quality control) and was unable to handle their sudden increase in volume. My wife then switched to printroom and was happy immediately. Prices are cheaper and they will send photos US postal, not UPS, so we saved alot on shipping.
