The problem is PINNACLE SECURITY, LLC is a joke. The only thing they secure is your deposit and payments and leave you with a damaged credit report, a damaged sense of trust for these types of companies and leave you losing thousands of dollars.

Nov 24, 2008 · This type of customer service is very common at Pinnacle and is unheard of in other industries such as cable tv, internet, or telephone. The complaint above is one paranoid lady who would rather call ADT and pay the $800+ to have them install a garbage alarm system because she's heard of the company during the commercials of a football game.

Complaint / review text: A salesman came to my mothers house stating her home security system had been bought out by his company, Pinnacle Security. He also stated her service contract with her current carrier (ADT Security Systems) was about to expire.

Pinnacle Security and Castlerock Security are both in violation of this. I was never notified by either company of the approaching expiration/renewal date. Not by mail, phone or email. Now they have renewed my contract for 12 more months against my wishes and refuse to terminate the new contract.
