Jan 27, 2008 · If you want another avenue of complaint then Pixmania/Fotovista are owned by Dixons Stores Group (DSG). I've been in photo mode for the past quarter and the only suppliers of some stuff has been Pixmania on Amazon. To be honest given the complaints you've got to have a screw loose to buy from such an operation.

All business will get complaints. How those businesses take care of those complaints is what separates good businesses from the rest.

Would never use PIXMANIA again and would strongly advise anyone to never use it. The small money saving actually isn't worth it as your product won't arrive on time and is seemingly "missing" yet what is amazing is that PIXMANIA are very quick to charge your card for your order yet don't fulfill the order in the specified time on their website.

Nov 10, 2005 · You got good value - Pixmania are very good value normally on electronic goods. If you do any search for complaints about any webseller you will find a lot of complaints. People complain a lot quicker than they post compliments. It's so easy to find complaints.
