Sep 30, 2016 · I copied the cruise line into the cancellation letter and they replied promptly. AHowever trying to get a refund out of Planet Cruises proved more difficult it took at least 2 weeks longer than it should have done and only after threats of action did I get my refund.

We have just arrived home after a 12 night cruise from Barcelona to the Canaries on Norwegian Spirit. We had a lovely time with no complaints about the ship or the crew.they were excellent. Planet cruise say Thomson won't allow - rand Thomson head office and they say We have o problem we would change it - planet cruise say NO it's a cruise holiday and the stay is a separate deal, cannot cancel the first part of the holiday MUST cancel the whole lot. I am going round in circles here !
